Tschupp contributed an article which was published in the Daily Business Review describing the changes to U.S. patent law brought about by the recently enacted America Invents Act. More than 5 state and local law enforcement and regulatory agencies, including the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Florida Department of Revenue, were involved in the simultaneous raids which have initially resulted in six arrests and the seizure of cigar related products, equipment and vehicles with an estimated value in excess of $35,000,000.
